Talentcompas was founded in Rawalpindi in 2026 by people who spent their careers inside recruitment, HR operations, and technology delivery — and got tired of watching the industry run on volume, noise, and silence.

Post a role in Pakistan and you get eight hundred CVs by Friday — and no way to know which three matter. Engage a typical agency and you get the same flood, forwarded, with a fee attached. Candidates apply into silence. Clients pay into uncertainty. Everyone accepts it because everyone does it.
We built Talentcompas as the alternative we kept wishing existed: a firm that treats a brief like an engineering problem, a candidate like a future client, and a deadline like a contract term. Not louder. Not cheaper. Reliable — which in this market is the genuinely radical position.
Today that means four practices — Search & Recruitment, RPO, People Operations, and Managed Teams — run from our office on DHA Business Avenue for clients in Pakistan, the Gulf, and the West, on a database of ten thousand pre-screened candidates that grows every week.
