Who we are

We work with clients and candidates in many countries. This notice applies wherever you are, and we give everyone the rights described below, whatever the law of their own country requires as a minimum. Where your local law gives you more protection, that law applies too.
It covers three groups of people: business contacts, candidates, and visitors to this website.
Business contacts
What we hold. Your name, job title, company, work email and work phone number, and notes of our conversations.
Where it comes from. Public sources such as official company registers (for example Companies House in the UK), your company’s website, job advertisements, news articles and professional directories — or from you directly.
Why we use it. To offer our services to your business and to work with you if you become a client. Where the law asks for a legal basis (for example the UK and EU GDPR), ours is our legitimate interest in offering business services. Where your country’s law requires your consent before we send marketing, we ask for it first. We contact people only in their business role, about business services, in small numbers, and every message tells you how to opt out.
How long we keep it. If we don’t start working together, we delete your details within 12 months of our last contact. If you ask us to stop, we keep only your name and email on a do-not-contact list, so that we never contact you again.
Your right to object. You can object to marketing at any time and we will stop. Reply “stop” to any email from us, or write to sales@talentcompas.com.
Candidates
When you send us your CV, we use it and the details you give us to find you suitable work. We share your profile with an employer only after telling you which one. Candidates never pay us. We delete your details when you ask, or after 24 months without contact.
Visitors to this website
This website uses no advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you. Two outside services are involved:
- Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so Google receives your browser’s IP address when a page loads.
- The contact form is delivered to our inbox by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which passes on what you type in the form.
Where your data goes
We work from Pakistan, so personal data from other countries is transferred to Pakistan and handled there. Pakistan has no “adequacy” decision from the UK, the EU or most other countries with transfer rules, so we use the safeguards your country’s law provides for. For example, these are the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, the EU standard contractual clauses, or the standard contractual clauses issued under Saudi Arabia’s Personal Data Protection Law. We also protect all data with access controls and encrypted company devices.
Our email and office software providers process data for us under contract. We never sell personal data.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, delete it, restrict its use, or stop using it. Write to info@talentcompas.com; we reply within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we handled your data, please tell us first. You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live. For example, that is the Information Commission in the United Kingdom (ico.org.uk), your national supervisory authority in the European Union, or the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA) in Saudi Arabia.
